ER Doctor Dr. Jeff Freeman, 39, moved to the Bay Area in 2004 and was graciously adopted by two cats, Jack and Jill. They allow him to share their home in return for attending to their numerous and exhaustive needs. Though Dr. Freeman is originally from New York, the cats have agreed not to hold it against him as long as he stops complaining about the lack of decent delicatessens. He holds a BA from Tulane University and received his DVM from the University of Minnesota. His interests are primarily feline and canine (don't tell Jack and Jill!) emergency medicine and general practice. Outside of work, and as the cats allow, he enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, winter sports, motorcycles, andsailing, but unfortunately he is not very good at any of them. He enjoys the beaches here tremendously. Dr. Freeman is very proud to be a part of Berkeley Dog & Cat Hospital and enjoys meeting our clients and their pets.
